12/16 - Kancamagus Epic Cruise
 

Another brief meet with a cruise up through the White Mountains, which is put on by the Southern NH Subaru Meet group. Below is information on this event:


Sunday, December 16, 2012
1:00pm until 6:00pm
1717 White mountain Highway 03860 North Conway

(This will become an annual cruise/meet every year around the same time, I appreciate everyone sharing this event and posting it on forums etc to help spread the word)

We will be meeting up in the parking area next to Merlino's Steakhouse. From there we will be doing roughly a 2-3hr cruise along the Kancamagus Hwy/White Mountain area, returning to Merlino's Steakhouse for dinner.

For those of you traveling from the southern area, we will be meeting at the usual spot. 5 Garden Lane, Londonderry NH off Rt102 behind Wendy's in the old Market Basket parking lot at 10:00am and departing promptly at 10:30am. The drive time to get up there is 2hrs 19min.

Please bring radios/AAA batteries/camera/GoPro/sd cards etc.

Why can't we get an 86 only meet going?

Be my guest. No one's organized one in a while, Adam hosted one a few months back in western MA and VT and it was a huge hit, but since then there's been nothing really.

I'm just posting this if anyone else wanted to join in, no one's forcing you to go.

It would be awesome to see a decent amount of 86's at this event, but I get that the weather isn't all that great and the holidays are coming up.

Hopefully Spooner and Anthony can join.

For me, it depends on whether or not there's snow/salt on the road. If it's clear and nothing more important comes up, I'll be down to go.

Same here, hope they will join! If not, there looks to be about 30-35 other Subaru's that will be there!

Looks like rain, probably going to pass if it does. Only because I just washed the car. LOL

Well it's going to be snowing/raining all next week, so unless you don't plan on driving at all there's not much you can do.

Man I wish I could go! I have a birthday party for my fiance's sister :bonk::sigh:. Was thinking of coming to meet everyone at the southern spot but you guys are leaving quick. Anyways Have a great ride!

Well it was definitely an interesting cruise! At least now I know that the BRZ with snows will get me through practically anything, haha
