Strong wind killed my door...

Last night when I got home I opened my door and the wind blew my door wide open and hit my family van, I am still shocked how much damage it did to the door. I hope it doesn't cost my arm to fix it... any suggestion where i should get it repaired? i live in the GTA area.
thanks.

Wow....pics?

Is the damage from hitting the van or from the hinge over-extending or both?

Ouch...that sucks. A friend of mine had her door blow open from a really strong wind gust and it bent the door at the other end because the hinge couldn't stop it from over-extending.

Better the door lip than the sprung springs and trying to fit a 'sprung' door back into where the fender meets the front edge of door. Yeah, it was windy this week and I was wondering if I would need to be mindful of the wind and the large coupe doors.

If you have any exotic car dealerships in the area that don't have their own body shop, ask them who they have do their body work. The location or how fancy a shop is has nothing to do with the quality of work they do. It depends on the individual man doing the job.
