What should I spend my money on

Hello guys,

This is my very first sport car and as of right now I have extra $10k to spend on the car. The only mod i have on this car is 5AXIS body kit. my only questions for you guys is what should you guys spend your money on for this car if you have that 10k ? This is my daily driver so nothing serious. what i have in mind is a exhaust system and wheels and sport tire. The car is already low enough so i don't want it to be any lower. AVO turbo kit is also on my list. Thanks guys. have a great turkey day!

You cant really say "nothing serious" and turbo kit in the same sentence...

assuming you have a loan on it, i'd put that 10k into paying off the car and getting a lower monthly payment.

but as far as goodies go (and if i had 10k) i'd add a turbo kit and w/ the money left over, id by supporting mods for it to keep it kicking nice. (3 inch exhaust etc.) then lower it

Turbo kit plus a warranty to cover it.

Thanks for a great advice. I had 10k to pay off the loan already. this is another 10k i want to spend on the mods. :)

I was thinking of TRD turbo kit so i can keep the warranty but many people say it's suck and over price :brokenheart:

wheels, tires, exhaust, pulley, drop in filter, and an ECU tune, imo. Course, thats what most people seem to really be aiming for. Guess it depends on what you want in a final product. That will give you about the most upgrade you will get on the car until you drop the turbo in it (TRD is a supercharger, not a turbo, just FYI)

Unless im losing it i dont think there is a TRD turbo kit. theres a SC in the works but nothing official, ppl only speculate that itll suck.

if it were me i wouldnt boost it(prior turbo owner). costs too much money, you'll easily spend over $6k and thats without install or tune. if it was me id do full bolt ons, some nitrous, good suspension and a set of wheels. just my .02 cents.

I'm sorry. Its TRD SC :))

well if i had that xtra amount of $$$. i would go for exhaust, wheels, and other goodies to make look good.

for me, i think turbo is not worth to spent, since you live in california. laws are strict. u cant really use all those HP. and i guess its useless. not unless u use it for race track i guess :)

im not hating guyss.. just my opinion. so no need for negatve comments lol

AVO stg1 is 3800$... include a clutch if my math is right thats under 6grand. install would be 1000$ at most tuner shops.

nitrous? if youre worried about money being spent a lot, nitrous would probably blow this engine up unless it was forged to the hilt..

Depends on what you want to do with the car. If I had an extra $10k burning a hole in my pocket, I'd spend it on a second set of wheels, sticky tires and a whole lot of track days and driving lessons/track school.

If I had 10k to spend on my car I would search the vendor section and look for the absolute best deals I could find like this one for example: :D

Agency Power Catback Holiday Sale!
