Lowered FR-S + Wheel Spacers = ♥

We wanted to share with you what our car looks like before and after wheel spacers on stock wheels.

Here is how the wheels sit after the car has been lowered.

Here are the Ichiba 25mm Version 2 Hubcentric Spacers. Simply bolt them on and torque them down to spec.

I just slammed the 25mm spacers on mine on saturday, havent had a chance to give it a good rally, but even just DD I notice a difference, tighter steering control and slightly better cornering. I have my 1 inch drop springs and sway bars coming soon, and am super excited to feel the difference there!

Does that need an answer from someone who decided to put 25mm spacer?

Positive scrub radius on a car designed for a negative one will do "wonders" to handling.

Our Stock FR-S measured in at 5.9 degrees of caster... which is good for RWD.
increasing the scrub radius on a RWD platform can improve steering feedback without affecting performance.
We haven't measured the scrub radius on the FR-S, but I can tell you from driving the car around steering feedback definitely feels better.

ZOMG positive scrub radius. WTFLMFO People, don't do any modifications to your car because the stock car is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT the way it is!

I'm tired of going into every single suspension modification thread and seeing someone, who's only source of information is something he just so happened to read on the internet, talk bad about everyone's set up. Please. Give it a break.
