Ordered a set of tail lights fr Luis at Carson. Responded very quick to PMs on here and was very informative when called. Product was ordered and shipped quick, and the price was very nice as well. Just a thanks to Luis@Carson Toyota. I ordered my painted 5axis spoiler through him and everything went great, very helpful in answering my questions and kept me updated on my order. Did the install myself, the instructions were very clear, and overall not very difficult.

Luis @ Carson Toyota is the man! Gotten a big chunk of my JDM parts and accessories from him. Great guy, always keeps customers informed and does what he can to make sure customers are happy.

Just wanted to add, Luis at Carson provided superior customer service. For those who are doubtful and a little nervous about ordering:

I live the whole was across the counrty and called Luis on his cell phone, (which is provided on this forum). I told him what I wanted and gave him two different visa numbers, (these were visa gift cards granted) over the phone. Also told him my address and all, and everything was billed and shipped perfectly. Arrived quick. Very legit.

ordered a nur spec lip from carson toyota, said it was gonna be aprox 4-6 weeks. it didn't come until 3-4 months in and it wasn't the color i asked for. luis said it probably wont come in for another while. so i pretty much waited for nothing. sadly the transaction had to go through paypal and it is over the 45 day refund period, so luis is most likely gonna send the refund as a regular transaction. i guess i got to spend 4 months waiting to lose $30. probably wont be ordering through luis anymore.

following up on this, i still havent gotten my refund. he couldnt paypal me back as a refund, so he decided to go through my debit card and it still hasnt shown up after a week of him saying it's been refunded. he says it should've been cleared but i've checked my statements and called my bank and they said nothing has come in. luis said to wait until this monday and it should be in my bank account, but i highly doubt it. now im short $740 and don't know what to do

Oh man, that is terrible. Wish I had read your post before putting in my order. Luis told me that it would take 8 - 10 weeks for my TRD kit to arrive. It's been 3 months and he told me it would take several more weeks. I gonna try to get a refund before its too late. I would definitely talk to the sale manager about the refund. Quick update. Finally got the trd kit on Nov 21. Took Carson about 4 months to have it deliver to me. The kit is in perfect condition. Only drawback is that they didn't include the side skirt hardware and instruction. Gave Luis a call and he told me it would be sent to me in "A Day". It has been 15 days. Gave Him another call and he told me that they have to order a new set since it wasn't in stock. I don"t think Luis is interested in repeat costumers. I would suggest order from japanparts.com for your trd goods.
