I think that's just registering with the FIA though. Doesn't mean F1 will take them does it? Unless I missed something they are still ignoring Andretti?

Ya, it looks complicated but I think the F1 management sees the partnership as good business for their expansion plans in the US.

“Andretti’s planned F1 team was approved by the FIA last month but is yet to agree commercial terms with Formula One Management.”

So we seem to be waiting for “Show me the money!”

They will compete against Ferrari, Mercedes, Honda, Audi, Renault and Red Bull-Ford.

Glad I recorded it instead of waiting up...
But what the heck happened to TSN's coverage of P2? We got to see/hear about an hour of the 90 minute session. Four to five minute long commercials and after one the announcer said we will now move forward in our broadcast. The only thing I figure we missed was more talk about the rules.
