Took tons of pictures, unfortunately my FR-S stayed at home, but i got to drive a MX-5 for the longhorn racing academy all day scaring potential students as much as i could.

Drove this little blue mx-5 all day, its funny how different the FR-S and MX-5 behave, i think the gear ratios on the MX-5 are better suited for Harris Hill Road. The suspension setup was weird, its the first twitchy mx-5 i have ever driven. Fun but twitchy lol.

I was there until about noon. That electric pikes peak car was cool, same with those gtr's

A good friend flew out there for it, Heath. He runs MazdaMovement. I wish I could have gone but a plane ticket was $500.

GT-R'S?? When did those run? Or do you mean the GT-3'S? What time did the pikes peak run, i only say the lemans cars go out 3 times, i clocked one at 1:19 and he was not even pushing it, man those cars haul ass.

I went on saturday the 2nd I think. There were lots of other cars out there. Only saw one porsche when I was there. It was an autocross event...but they did thank mazda for setting it up etc.

But the pikes peak car run in the morning same with two silver nissan gtr's. Lots of miatas and mx-5s there. There was one frs there but didn't see him run. I never saw the lemans car when I was there.
