Capital MMA

Does anyone here go to Capital MMA (any location)? I was interested in joining to get back into shape and came across their website. Let me know what you guys/gals think if you attend their classes..Thanks.

It's a Mixed Martial Arts (think UFC) gym where they teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai. They also do CrossFit and other programs. I wanted to see if it's a good place to go.
