Got a pic? Need to see the damage first to determine if this can be a DIY fix or does it need to go to a body shop

It's about an inch gash not so bad I don't think .. I'll get some pics when I get off work .... Thanks - luckily it's not that easy to see since it's underneath ..

I see. At the minimum, for a DIY job, you need:

*Sandpaper
*Painters tape
*Argento touch up paint
*Preferably some clearcoat

I see that you are from fremont too. Were you at the meet on Saturday by any chance?

Fix it, as soon as possible.

If the curb rash is deep enough, temperatures can affect it and cause the effected areas paint to crack. On my front bumper i have cracks all the way to the middle from the a gash i have all the way to the bottom of my bumper.

Ok, not a big problem, but I got curb rash on the underside of my front lip. No, it can't be seen, but still..... It pisses me off that those damn wheel bumpers are still being used in so many parking places when they are really no longer necessary. Anyway, I was wondering if there is something like formed metal that can be added to the entire bottom side of the front lip. Whether it is screwed in place or an adhesive is used I don't know.

Any suggestions as to where to look; what to use; etc...etc...?

Thanks.....

Not sure about metal, but you could try putting a strip of clear bra along the bottom of the bumper. If you hit a curb again, it may help to soak up the scratches. Just an idea.
