I think he means these bad boys, If I had the cash, I'd take them off your hands!! I'd love a set in bronze tbh

Why you cancelling bro, so close now!

I wasnt going to go black on white but I'll think about it.

@kaychew As you see in the pic, they look exactly like that in the same colour. 9.5 all round. This fitment has been proven on a number of 86s on this very forum and looks great.

@joshontilt thanks for posting the image

@nix it was quite awkward because I got a call from the dealer today and he told me I had a confirmed delivery date of 18th December and in the next sentence I told him I wanted to cancel. I think he was a bit shocked but I hope they return my deposit, would be shitty of them not to considering they have about 100 others waiting in line. but yeah, my heart's not really in the car anymore. ive decided to sell all of my other cars and parts too and gonna get an R35 GT-R instead.

lol wut.... with that kind of dosh why would you even both with an 86 O.o

Cause he could have kept all of his other cars and have cash left over if he had bought an 86.

enjoy the GTR !

Nafe 11-12-2012 06:22 AM

Because this car proves the fact that a competent, fun car doesn't have to be expensive.
I'd have bought this car even if I was loaded.... It's not always about money.....
personally I'd rather an 86 to a GTR anyway ;)

joshontilt 11-12-2012 06:23 AM

I think this thread may be going off topic

To get back on topic I have these exact same wheels in both the width and offset and can confirm to buyers that it fits the standard suspension no problems gl with the sale!

My reply was in no way directed at you, mate.
I am not knocking your choice in car, or anything :)
I really hope you enjoy your GTR, there are few cars faster!
My response was more in relation to the "if you have that much cash, why would you bother with an 86" remark ;)

same here I was tossing up R34 GTR spec II, in absolute mint condition for about 30K more or this one. Choose Year 1 instead. Still will get the R34 when I can get bigger garage to store these toys.

No dramas, im not really 100% sold on the GT-R yet anyhow, Z06 Corvette 7L is enticing me as well hahaha!
