For those running 18x9.5 all around
 

1. What offsets are you using?
2. What tire size are you running in the front?
3. What is your suspension / alignment setup?
4. Finally .. got pictures?

I think you almost have to be on coilovers so they won't hit the strut, by my math you could probably do it with a +30 offset but that would poke a little more than i would want. I would think a +40 would look better but would require coilovers...

The setups I have seen so far are +35, +38 and are pretty awesome. 1 was running 225/40 all around which I don't like, the other 245/35 which is ideal for me.

I'm just trying to get as much info in before these wheels get bolted up next season.

I agree 225 is way too small for 9.5's. +38 on a 245 or even 255/35 should be good.

I am about to order 18x9.5+38 and run 245/35R18 rubber. Coil overs will be installed.

I have driven a set up with 18x9.5+30 running 225/40 and the poke was too much for my taste.

If youre gonna run a 9.5 wide, please put atleast 255's on them. idk why people love buying tires too narrow for the wheels. Just buy a more narrow wheel if you only want to run a 245 or smaller.

225/40 (oh no!... must be because im butt hurt right?? ;) ...)
bc coilovers f: -3 0 toe r: -3 0 toe (more aggressive alignment is next, had a roadtrip to ohio so went conservative... will be getting rear arms instead of the whiteline bushes)

you can run 235s on +30 in the rear.
fronts can fit way more easier.
if you are looking to fit tire though you will need to be in the high 30s or low to mid 40s in offset... but run the risk of touching inward.

Most wheel faces only look good in the 9in+ versions ie RPF01, TE37s, Kiwamis etc. The car doesn't make enough power to overcome wide grippy tyres hence I have 225/40 on a 9.5+38 and looks and works great

didnt think id have to spell it out but i should have figured someone would have read it wrong and try and make me feel stupid about it. ;)

also, the big misconception about negative camber is that it will destroy tires... while it is true that it will have adverse effect on tire wear it wont be "eating tires". ( unless you are retarded and run like -6 degrees )
the combination of toe and camber will eat tires.
my 8th gen civic si had -3 front and -2.8 rear camber, and even with bridgestone re01r (low 100s treadwear) the tires lasted extremely long (17k mi)... due to zero toe.
only way it "eats tires" is if you are too stupid to have it aligned properly.

..and i wasnt saying conservative in regards to camber... i was speaking of toe.
the car will be set up with more caster and toe out in the front for better response/turn in feel.
rear will be left with zero toe as it already gets out enough as is. ( car is my DRIFT car.. NOT grip car. )

I just ordered 18 x 9.5 + 38 and I am on Eibach springs only... will they fit? (concern is wheel touching spring) I want to run 245/35 on the front and 255/35 on the rear.. HEEEEELLLLLLLPPPPPPPP..

A couple threads down, somebody is running 18x9.5 +38 on 245/40 tires and the same springs. Fits fine.

Ebphoto did it right. I still have yet to see one that looks as good as his.

If you are talking about the Grids, that's what he is running in the rear, the fronts are 8.5's. I don't think 9.5 +38 will clear the factory strut up front.

Because you are new, probably need 10 posts would be my guess
