Used Blk/Blk FR-S on dealer lot...

Hey guys..I was contacted by a friend of mine up north that knows I'm waiting on my BR-Z delivery and he found me a FR-S if I wanted that instead. My BR-Z is supposed to be here sometime in the next 2-3 weeks so I passed on it but I told him I would post the details here in case another member would like to purchase the car. Its Black on Black premium automatic, has 4153 miles with "pioneer head unit" and alpine subs in the trunk. (not sure if its the factory deck or not, just quoting the list he gave me) It has black aftermarket wheels (he didn't mention brand/size but I'm assuming they're 17's because it also has the factory wheels but no tires on them)

The car is in Middletown, CT and the sales person is someone I knew in high school. He says he needs a $1,000.00 deposit and he can hold the car. If any of you guys are interested let me know and I can pass along his contact info.

Full disclosure..I'm not making a penny on this deal nor does it benefit me in any way. I am only trying to help someone who may be desperately trying to find this car or is sick of waiting on a waiting list.

Chad

I already have mine..and CT is a bit of a drive from me, but out of curiosity, any idea what they want for it?

chadstyle 11-10-2012 01:31 PM

I really don't know. I didn't get that far into it with him since it wasn't what I was looking for. I know many others might want that exact car though so I posted it. I used to live in Orange County and I've had cars shipped from all over the country when buying them and its usually pretty reasonable. If you shop the prices you can find cross country transport for $1k or less.

On a related note, a dealer in Milford, CT had an automatic in whiteout.

really like it in black. if i was still up north with my sisters in CT, i'd probably go for it.

That dealer has lost 3 sales to people in this thread alone! Screw them...

It was the same person posting the same thing over and over 3 times.

Sorry about that. The forum didn't respond the first two times and then it just posted all three as I edited. Plus, this was a general heads up to members regarding car availability.

Seriously though, I'm sorry about the triple post.

On a related note, there are 55 FR-S's available here in SoCal at the moment :)

Just wanted to let everyone know, there is a black/black manual for sale in Wilmington, NC. It is used, low mileage, and at the Honda Dealership. I don't know anything else, but it would be mine if it didn't get so damn hot here in the Summers.
