Used FRS

Should i buy an FRS with 4800km for 27495 without taxes(12%) or should i offer them a lower price for it? and what is a reasonable price to offer them?

IDK... you live in Vancouver BC, so not sure the new price tag is. Those 4800km was used lightly?

Why are they selling it? Has it had any repairs done to it yet or had it had the CEL? Plus are you ok with having a car that could possibly have idle issues and need a repair that's not guaranteed to completely fix the car? My opinion is wait for 2014 and buy a new one for that money.

Yeah, the person told me a female driver drove the car.. but traded in for something bigger..

shiud 11-09-2012 07:22 PM

that seems ridiculously high for a used car... nearly full price of buying a brand new FR-S. Might as well do that and be assured there aren't any problems with it.

roddy 11-09-2012 08:32 PM

No! I paid that for mine brand new, including freight and admin fees (before tax).

this one.

I paid 24.5k US dollars for my 6 spd w/1000 miles on the clock.

They were asking 27.5k! Took 2 hours to get them to 24.5. I realize I could have paid only 1k more for brand new, but that meant waiting as well :)

It depends on how much you want the car. In my opinion 27495 is a bit too high. Since its Automatic they probably paid around 30k for it. If you could get them down to 26 or even 26.5, depending on the condition, I would go for it.

Elite Darkness 11-10-2012 01:35 PM

Well i do have one ordered.. and i don't really need a car right now...
