So I just picked up my fr-s, and everything feels new and looks new...except when I go to connect my phone to the radio via bluetooth I see that there's already someone else's phone that was previously paired?

Not quite sure what to think of this...

Someone at the dealership was probably just trying to see how the pairing works. You want to know how this stuff works so that you can help customers with their new cars.

How many miles were on the car?

Probably either a tech or customer messing around. I know I paired my bluetooth to the first BRZ I test drove to see how the music streaming worked.

alright, sounds reasonable enough. There were 9k on the car when i drove it off the lot so I guess i shoudln't be worrying about anything

Hell, I got mine with 81 miles on it and half a tank of gas with the radio configured all over the place.

Doubt someone else owned it for 9 miles, used the radio, then returned it

My dealer let me sign a "No return, no exchange" contract when I got the FRS. I was like "They have that for cars?!":eyebulge:

If it's 9 KM, I highly doubt it's a used vehicle. As mentioned above, the tech was probably just curious to see how things work.

Just call the contacts in the stereo and ask them. Lol
