I dropped my car off at Subaru dealership for rust repair on window pillar along with some cracking sound on the front driver side a-pillar, the service guy asked me if I need my fuel pump replaced as it was chirping, so getting it replaced also.

But he told me that there is yet another newer version of fuel pump on its way but won't be available for another few weeks, so if the problem returns after new fuel pump, I will have to take it in again after few weeks to get fuel pump replaced again.

I had the same issue. Get some Sellies EZY glide Teflon spray and spray it only in the window runner channels carefully. Mine has been good for a year now since I sprayed it. Any dry lube Teflon spray should do from you local hardware store. Its used on zippers for cafe'e PVC blinds. It might take a couple of sprays to lube the runners but it fixed mine MY July 13.

Any chance you could ask your insider if they have had any brake clunking noise issues originating from the booster / master cylinder area. Mine occasionally has this weird metallic sound coming from the booster area when the pedal is released and it not the pedal linkages, other times its perfect.( brakes performance is fine, no problem there just this clunk) more noticeable when released fast. Toyota AUS changed the booster but it still pops up now and then, most annoying. Toyota AUS not fast in reacting.
Thanks.

It's about 8 months since it's last update. Those however are the latest TSB up to that time no doubt:http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/owners/...od_ids=1471823

About 10 TSBs total on the NHTSA site for the 2013 FR-S absolutely nothing for the 2014 or 2015 (my year) is registered there because those issues are fixed during production for the most part. @Sigh-on-Rice is pretty active he would be able to answer the question better I believe.

Post 1 has everything I found on this forum. If there is any TSB that was released but not posted on this forum, then I wouldn't have those. But I think this forum has more information about TSB (or any issues with twins) than everything you can find from elsewhere on the Internet.

There is this but I can't find anymore beyond what is written here:

Technical Bulletin S-SB-0021-15, issued September 17, 2015, Idle Fluctuation in Park or Neutral.

Applicability: 2015-2016 FR-S

Introduction: Some 2015-2016 model year FR-S vehicles may exhibit a condition where the engine idle speed fluctuates (typically 500 - 1000 RPM) only when the transmission is in the Park or Neutral shift position. This condition occurs after the vehicle has been driven about 25 miles or more at highway speeds. The Transmission Control Module (TCM) logic has been revised to address this condition.

I totally missed it. I thought that thread was for "S-SB-0040-13 : Intermittent RPM Drop" and didn't even keep up reading it. Thanks for the info. I updated the 1st post linking to your post for now since there is no soft copy of the TSB document available now.

Thanks! I'd really like to get that TSB done, I've noticed an idle issue on my car which is also an idle issue if a printout is available
