Underbody Coating

I am considering putting the under body spray protection on the car. Has anyone else done this? I was happy to find a 71 datsun 240z with it a few years ago. It really preserved that car, and I am hoping that I could have the same result from coating my car. I drive on salted roads, but have never really seen the horrid affects everyone claims, but I also do an under body pressure wash weekly during winter.

Anyone?

i have seen rusted through inner fenders and such in old toyotas (15+ years old). go to your local auto parts store, pick up 3 cans for $8 a pop, jack up the car or drive it up some ramps and spray away. cheap insurance

Just remember that much of the inner fender structures of these cars are plastic. They won't rust.

u would pop those off and spray around in there. especially in the area closest to the rolled over lip on the fenders

Thanks for the responses. I am pretty sure I will go through and coat it all. I have done these coatings before and I know it is a fairly easy installation. I don't know that you are really adding that much weight etc either, but it can be messy and depends on how much of the car you want coating on.
