good for a poster ad or flyer

not good for your company logo

If your looking to make a logo for your group, you need to go more simpler. AKA you almost want it on a business card.

I like it, but try to stick with one text.
But i agree with what WOW said. Keep It Simple (K.I.S.)

Keep it simple!

Look at other brands/companies to get a good idea of what a logo should look like - A logo should be simple, clean, and be used to easily identify your group!

I think you should try to keep the text Creativemindz and make it simple around that text.
