Any Toyota/Lexus head units work?

Looking for NAV & sometimes one can find deals on OEM take-outs. Anyone do this?

I asked for the BRZ one, but some guy wanted $700 for his, which is insane.. I won't pay half that.. You can get OEM BeSpoke for 895 installed... WHY the HELL would anyone pay 700 for used?
