Looking for a set of BR09, which look similar to Enkei Raijin's, at half the price.

Yes.

Ive had bremmer 19x8 225/35/19 on my is300 for 5 years now year round daily driver, no complaints or issues here.

Check the weights, they are generally pretty heavy. If it doesn't bother you go ahead.
