Whatever it is, it costs $172. There was also a cool carbon emblem that was $74. It was cool, but a bit expensive.

Meter cover is the hood that goes over the gauges I would say

Look at the country the OP comes from, maybe English is not the first language.

That 'food cover' ( :D ) would give a damn nice glaze over the font window if installed in gloss surface finish...

Yes lets put a glossy ass carbon fiber cover over our gauge hood. That'll give you some NICE glare when you're driving.

Yuck, I need polarized glasses even when it's cloudy 'cause reflections of the dash on the windshield are distracting. I'm never gonna get the whole non-functional CF thing though. CF is great for load bearing and structural parts, but kinda expensive for cosmetics. I guess black is the new chrome bling.

is this just a cover or a replacement for the shifter trim?

Not a fan, I like the stock look
