What shocks
 
Was told need new shocks for coilovers, what the best option for bc racing coilovers

They are coilovers (spring coil over shock damper). It should already have a shock/damper integrated in the entire package. What is your goal for suspension?

You were told by an uneducated person than. Coilovers like BC include new shocks, adjustable ones at that.
