I sent a message to Jackson and the time he gave was a little earlier.

but yes, I am waiting for the R1s and the Whiteline RCAs.. should be a good match :)

Yeah, hopefully they'll be ready to ship in early-mid feb :)

My order has already been placed  Going to start with 400/400 rates.

Only 400/400? I wonder if these dampers could handle 9kg/mm+

What springs do the R2 come with?

They can. I'm starting at 400/400 because a lot of the track guys out west are in that range so I figure it's a good starting place. Additional coils are cheap so changing it up later is easy. @CSG Mike is running 10/12 on their SRCs which is probably closer to where I'll end up.. I thought about going a bit higher initially (500/550 or so) but decided to test this out first. Plus most people probably won't go as high so I figured it'd be best to review more common rates (similar to KWV3) first.

I'm not sure if Eibach wants any info out yet, so I'll let the vendors post the standard rates up if they know them. @JoeBoxer might have them.

The Eibachs R2 do look nice. I think they're a good compromise without having to shell out for JRZs. I can't wait to hear what you have to say about them.

Do you know if Eibach makes their own dampers?

They are made in house IIRC (I would confirm 100% but my work email isn't searchable past a few months through OWA for some reason at the moment). Rebuilds are in house as well.

Standard rates i've been told are 275/350 for the pro street, i think the r1 and r2 may end up a little stiffer but haven't seen the final specs. It's eibach you can be sure there will be a big press release when they are ready. I would venture to say they are possibly the biggest name in aftermarket suspension, they are putting a lot of development in these to make sure they don't disappoint.

@Dave-ROR, the Gazoo 86 runs 513lb/inch. Just food for thought. I'm not sure if that's 513 front or rear though.

Then again, they're running R comps.

Agree'd which is why we have stayed quiet. No confirmed details to share at this time. Everyone keep your pants on, all coming soon! :)
