A little buyer help

I've patiently waited and think it's about time to pick up a BRZ. I want a black Limited MT. I wanted to see what those who are following the market would recommend? I have flexibility and don't need one this week. I'm willing to wait or jump on one. I wouldn't mind finding a used one either (if that means waiting a little).

Any recommendations would be helpful about pricing and availability.

Much appreciated,
Jon

If you are able to travel a little you should have no trouble finding a car. Check out auto trader and a few other publications. I haven't looked in over a month but the last time I checked they were plentiful, especially in the eastern states. Not all, but a lot of Subaru dealers are selling at MSRP. Good luck.

No idea where you live, but Manchester Subaru would be a good choice. Under MSRP, allocated 49, and located in the north east where they are having a harder time moving them.

Ask for Joey and say that the nutcase who made him painter's tape his whole car sent you. :D

There is a thread that has documented nearly every BRZ available in the states. Check it out and find all the one that match your description. You might have to travel to get it, or just get it shipped.

Wit for the next year model.

I really liked the look of the Black BRZ a lot more than I thought I would, you need to see it in person. I also love my WRB, surprisingly rare.

Yeah I saw the thread, wanted more a feel..I don't mind traveling on the east coast.

Only see a few black limited's in the northeast: CT, MA, ME, NH, VT, RI. None in the lower regions.

Sorry, I'm in Northern VA. I'll reach out to my local Subaru sales rep and see what things are looking like. I don't anticipate the premium pricing will last very long. I sort of wanted to avoid that. I realize it's a new car, but sometimes I scratch my head when the out the door price is looking like a nicely used Porsche Cayman S.

I heard East coast has a few extra as of this week, may have water damage ;)

Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it. I anticipate it to be a better buyers market in the next couple of months. I'm looking forward to the BRZ. I've been lurking on here for a long time and following the developments.

You'll probably likely to find a nicely discounted one in NJ...

The dealership here in Delaware (Dover), have a few BRZ's (Two I saw) few weeks ago.
