How do you guys think this would affect daily driving in terms of mpg? Or if I get these should just use them for the track? What are your guys thoughts on the width of wheels? I just don't know what width tire you guys have tested out and what's best on this car. Of course I know there can be other factors.

Also any other sources for wheels? I like wheeldude though

I think the weight would make the biggest difference. not the amount of rubber making contact. But I don't know for sure.

These wheels are for daily driving as they're about 21-22 lbs per wheel. So not suited for track purposes. There's a guy on the forums running 245/35-18 all around on 18x9.5 +38 rpf1's without any rubbing or fender mods. You can probably fit a 255 in the rear but I'm sure the fronts are at their limit. Mpg shouldn't be affected much but these definitely.won't make it any better lol

Thanks guys

Haha so these are around the same weight as the stock wheels. How is the ride on 9.5 widths vs 7 width?

Guys know of any places for wheels? Or not allowed to post that?

gabeg86 10-30-2012 06:45 PM

yeah they're a pound or two heavier but you are also gaining an inch in diameter and 2.5 inches in width lol as far as the ride i'm not sure but depending on the rubber you lay over em you have potential for LOTS more grip obviously. you'd be better off posting a question here and asking him:

18x9.5 enkei rpf1's
