Mine does this as well. In the morning on a cold start. Never again for the rest of the day.

Same here...Its been doing it since new and now has over 10k miles on it. Just a couple of pops when cold. Visconti said something about that type of pop being normal caused by advanced ign timing for cold starts to warm the cats. Not sure what to think about that...

Did you just get one single pop? Or did you get multiple pops after driving it? Did it shift or vibrate the rpms a little?

No, I also got multiple pops during driving when high load and low rpm 2500-3500 rpm.

Thanks for the response, but would the rpm gauge stutter when you were experiencing this?

Bro, I don't mean to nag, but would your rpm needle shake? I'm experiencing a thump coming from that side, but I think it might be my avo turbo kit hitting something, I hope. When my tuner tuned my car he said that the car was running great, but I'm just skeptical about that thump

Sorry. I was away and did not log in. No, needle shake. Engine ran smoothly except pops. I will try to find the vedio I took for you.
