HOUSTON: Coffee and Cars 11/3

If you haven't read in the other thread, Coffee and Cars is a large get together of all makes/models of vehicles from the Houston and surrounding areas. I've only been to one, and the turnout to me was something you'd expect from an official, scheduled car show. It's worth going to at least once!

This is my first guess at locations. Green area was where the Porsches were, but it's first come first serve. I'd like to arrive there around 5:45 with at least one other FR-S / BRZ and some cones to secure some spots.

This will require people to give either a firm yes or maybe if they plan on coming. This is closer to prime real estate than being in the giant lot in my opinion. I'll be flying in from Vegas (SEMA) that Friday night and will be showing up. You won't hear any excuses from me unless I'm sick or dead. EDIT: I guess I have to skip autocross this weekend though :-(. It would have been my second time for that as well.

I'm open for input. We can meet at another location before, and then I can roll out early or whatever is clever.

10/29 - Already have the cones. Please respond if you're going or not. Time for me to head to the airport for SEMA. Later guys.

I live in Porter,Tx but I'd be down to go..but idk about that early! what time does the event "start"?

Kind of seems to kick off around 7. Ends at 10. Very informal. Just looks like it'd be formal due to the amount of vehicles. If I got at the right location early enough everyone could come at 7.

Just got in Vegas. Time to see what everyone has done for the 86.

Other BRZ / FRS owners try to get there at 6:45am at the latest to get spots together by where the BMW/FIAT people park. That area has a sun shade and always attracts people. Last month I saw two, (i think), that were by porshe section. Maybe that was one of you.. there was an iPad by the shifter. Anyways, would be good to have at least 7-9 FR-S/BRZ's this coming month. 7am could be too late to save spots for various cars. I am hoping that @Synack, @BAE, @Do Boy show up this month. Their cars are looking pretty sweet.

If anyone can bring cones, spots can be saved. That's what we did when I came in with my 370Z crew. I wouldn't show up til 8am sometimes.

I'll be there for sure. I live close so I can meet at 5:45 if you're still looking for someone to help reserve spots. Let me know.

I purchased a few cones before I left. You're the first to volunteer so thanks. I'll update the OP tonight.
