How to remove steering column trim?

Hey gents, before anyone jumps on me, I've searched the forum and can't find this bit in the shop manual...

I have the entire dash apart to have it wrapped in Alcantara but can't seem to figure out how to separate the two halves of the trim around the steering column. This piece is stopping me from being able to slide the dash out.

I have the speedo out, so it's not the upper portion I'm having a problem with, it's strictly the area around the steering column. The clips closer to the engine bay are apart, but closer to the steering wheel, it feels like there is a screw or something holding it together, but I can't seem to find it.

Got it...there's a screw on each side that is revealed once the steering wheel is turned.
