LOLZ! I'm so glad NC doesn't have the modification plate laws/stuff. But I could totally see this happening. That cop must be like,"Whoa! This SH*T IS CLEAN! It's like a professional did it!"

Yeah, no inspection = GOOD. But they certainly don't have as fun of roads either. And let's not talk about how bad their interstates are. The change from I-85 from NC to SC is OBVIOUS!
