I wonder whether any of these enthusiasts cars were actually more dangerous than they were when stock?
|
well maybe these people shouldnt drive dodgy cars.. then the police would have had nothing on them.

Love how they just had to mention bankstown.. and target "souped-up" cars, im sure a slight mod wont be any more dangerous than stock, unless sure some are just stupidly modified by being lowered to the $hit or rims bigger than the car.. but really? I see cars with bumpers hanging off drive past defect stations, I think that bumper falling off will be more dangerous than a mod like an exposed pod filter.. noise pollution isn't dangerous and the sound increase isnt that great. Hsv's are loud but 'factory modded' so they're alright loud.. the amount of times ive heard one drive past and it's louder than anything
The mods most do probably have no greater danger.. |
Simple solution... Modify your car, but do it within the restrictions of the law. If your car is modified within the law, then you're safe. Difficult? I didn't think so.
If you chose to modify your car illegally, it is soley your own fault, not the police departments. Don't get pissed off at them, get pissed off at yourself. Yeah hoon laws are a bit bullshit, but likewise, keeping your shit legal sin't that hard... |
