Removing tire center caps

Not sure if everyone here knows this but you can remove the standard oem center caps with a small suction cup. I was staring at the ceiling today thinking how to replace them without removing the wheel and the idea hit me.

I just used a suction cup from a squeegee that hangs in my shower. Ran to my garage to give it a try and it worked. FTW

a small flathead works as well

Also, if you are to dismount the tire; poke it from the inside out. Very easy!

I will be trying this soon with the suction cup method. I am installing the Toyota center caps as soon as they arrive...

I use double sided Velcro tape. Stick it on , use a plier to pop it off.

I guess you mean like double sided sticky tape. Great idea, thanks!

Using a knife or small flat head takes a couple of seconds.
