Yeah, I had them welded because even with the included band clamps they were still leaking, so I figured it was the best way to stop the leaks. Does make it inconvenient to install/uninstall though.

I re-read my original post and just in case there's any confusion, it does bolt up to the OEM frontpipe just like any standard catback would.

Leaking sucks, would rather have the install/uninstall inconvenience. Haha. I'm sure someone will swoop this up quickly.

I bought them Aug 26, 2013, so they have ~ 2 years, ~ 24,000 miles on them. I put regretfully only 2 tracks days on them. They were great at the track, spirited mountain driving and as a daily driver when I used to live down in Mountain View, but I have decided to sell them since I just moved to San Francisco since they are not great for pot holes on Lombard and Van Ness.
