ProClip finally available
 

I just got an email from ProClip saying they finally have a clip available for us. Nice that it requires no tools for installation and is totally removable. I'll put my order in tonight although I need to figure out the mount I want for my iPhone (I remember seeing one that fits with my Otterbox Defender - might be from ProClip or maybe from someone else?

Yea, I like this over the windshield mounts. I hate the marks left by the suction cups.

and as soon as they release a RHD version (you know, the rest of the world) then all for it :)

I ordered mine but got a message on Friday it is "backordered" - seriously - hopefully it will come in the next week or so. I will try to remember to take a picture or three and post it.

I got the same message on Thursday. Just got an e-mail and tracking number today saying it has shipped.

Mine shipped today as well.

Now they just need to make one for the ipad mini and i'll be set.

OMG, this thing is even better then I expected! It holds your phone PERFECTLY. Just slide it in, no need to tighten anything. And of course it has a slot so you can charge it. So far I just mounted the phone holder to the ProClip (4 screws, simple), I will install it in the car shortly and get pictures up!

Got some pictures. Install took 5 minutes. It blocks some text when sideways, but you can still access all of the buttons. And yes, my interior is dusty.

I ordered the mount for the iPhone4 with Otterbox defender. I believe it is waiting at my house, whenever I finally get back to town...

Looks like a great mount from the pics. Just about every mount I've ever used was a piece of crap.

How does this actually connect to the dash?....
