dont get me wrong guys. im not going to add 50 degrees of negative camber. i wont sacrifice THAT much functionality.
my s14 was somewhat modest. but the wheels fit very nicely and still had a great contact patch. i dont think i had more than -4 deg.
and that VIP'ed sedan is rediculous. i would never do that, even if i VIP'ed something. (had a GS300 and sold it before i had a chance to play with it)

i just like wheels with a lot of lip, and a nice flush fitment that allows for some suspension travel (i dont kiss the wheel to the fenders, just the tires) some rubbing is acceptable but i do drift so i need reasonable suspension. not to mention it will be my daily.

here is a pic of my s14 so you get an idea...

and NO i wont be putting aero on the FR-S. it was fine in japan with smooth roads but san diego is a PITA!!!! zipties a'plenty...

Make sure your engine is cold before putting in the seafoam. use 1.5 oz per quart into the oil. So for you thats (1.5)x(6.5) = 9.75 ounces. Save 1/3rd of the bottle for your trip to the gas station. Remember you are putting seafoam in the old oil which raises the level and changes the viscosity of the oil. Wait about 10-15 min before starting your engine, when its running keep it running at no greater than 2000rpm until the engine is warm and any white smoke has been cleared from the tail pipe. If you plan on driving your car with seafoam in it, don't go over 100-150miles seafoam is aggressive stuff when its hot and active.

Then you can do your oil change.

**edit** you know Dark if your scared or unsure about the whole thing i can help you do it since i live in Seattle too.

That kind of stuff needs to come standard (or option) or I wont be impressed.

Every car I've owned has been fiddled with, although I will try my absolute best not straight away :) I can see it starting with maybe a panel filter, possibly some uprated brake pads or a set of sticky tyres. God help me when I see a TRD parts list for it, I'm not sure I will be able to hold back :happyanim:

Gotcha, no worry. I believe it's easy to do. I just want to make sure. And, Yeah, I just noticed that you're in WA too. I just moved to Shoreline like a few months ago.

Tires. Maybe a factory exhaust or other factory options.

I wouldn't do any heavy mods til it was out of warranty, then go wild if the car has serious flaws but probably it won't so not much modding.

First thing imma do lets see...
1. Body kit. Not ricer ones something like APR, Greddy ect. If one dosen't come out that I like, I'll have one custom made.
2. Some good wheels. maybe deep dish TE37's?
3. I/H/E
4. Maybe new seats or re upholster stock ones/5 point harness
5. New Steering Wheel
6. Delete rear seats. More comfy without em.
7. Coilovers.
