Help, Wald needs a car for sema.

Walds FRS dropped out on them at the last minute. They need a car for SEMA and it's a pretty sweet deal they are offering. Sema is in las vegas for those who do not know.

For $4,000 you get $7300 worth of free stuff and the full Wald kit.

Damn I wish I had 4 grand right now. That's a pretty sick kit. But I only have 17s anyway...

If I only had that kind of money available at the moment...

its a great deal BUT, if the customers pays $4000 its not really free. Discounted if anything.

will it include the headlights and fogs? LOL!

I've never heard of a customer footing the bill for a SEMA build. Not to mention that the car is going to be used for all of the "magazine coverage". Are they paying for a rental car? ;)

If someone pays 4k will they redesign the back end?

jadewbj 10-16-2012 09:07 PM

If you add up the free items they total $7300. The kit will probably retail for over $3000. Install on a kit is at least $1500. Install on coilovers is at least $300. So that is $12,200 worth of product and labor for $4000.

Sounds like a deal to me.

If you don't like it move on, don't bash.

Lots of the cars at sema are customer cars who got significant deals on parts.

Here is an update:

They would need the car asap, like this weekend. You will get the car back Friday Nov 2nd or Saturday the 3rd. This is so they can get all of the work done to the car.

They will not be providing a loaner car, this is what you go through to get the deal unfortunately.

Also the car must have "legit" tuner wheels. Meaning Volk, Rays, Enkei, Work, Advan etc. No replica wheels.

This will be first come.
