Cradlepoint router with 4g Verizon Card install
 

I will be receiving a cradlepoint router Wednesday to use with my 4g Verizon USB data card. I want to mount this in the car permanently to hook up with my dedicated Iphone(that has no service and relies on wifi) to use with my BeSpoke HU. Then I can stop using my hotspot on my phone, and switch to ATT!

Where do you guys thing the best mounting point would be? I need to be close enough to run power from somewhere(car charger, or alt. suggestions?), and not have 4g signal hindered by the car itself(wifi, not a big deal). I was thinking glove box, or in that area. Maybe roof of trunk?

Behind the glovebox maybe. 4G won't be affected by wherever you place it in your car. Battery is right behind the glovebox anyway.

Ok, finally got this down. The cradle point powers up with ignition and the Iphone has been pretty good about auto-connecting to the wifi (it has given me issues before with other SSIDs). Everything went better than expected. Used velcro to secure everything.
