Is it normal to see a ....
Okay I searched several sub-forums and didn't find any info on my question,
Is it normal to see a faded three beam starburst on the right side background of the radio screen and it also shows up when I am on the settings screen. It kind of looks like a defect. Just checking, anyone know? Thanks in advance. |

It's the background image. I have on my display as well.

That's what they usually do to cover up a poor quality screen, they throw a pattern to distract you from the fact that the lighting is uneven and the black isn't really black, you see it a lot on the $50 android tablets.

mine has it too. It's the worst background ever because it looks like someone pushed their finger on an LCD screen.

Yeah that's the background picture...if you go into the settings you can change its color.

I don't think that's normal. But they are delicious.

Yep, just the background image that they chose. I customized my startup screen and it's mostly dark and that starburst doesn't show up until I get to the menu.
