Sup guys, not too sure if this is happening to anyone else out there. But I've encountered something really unusual with my passenger side seat belt. I've seen couple of my friends struggling to put the seat belt on with the engine on and my gear is at PARKED. I tried pulling it down and it was stuck. It happened multiple times, and it seems like the only way to fix it is to completely turn the car off. :mad0260:
