Wow Jay Leno cant drive!! No wonder he likes muscle cars and classics......
wow... all that money and all those cars and he can't drive for shit.
boy your right,thought he'd have a clue,guess not!
Before Keiichi ripped the e brake I was certain that Jay was gonna be on the front page of Jalopnik for the next 86 wreck.
Well, it is RIGHT hand drive which could make it difficult, but yeah...that was fail.
Knowing how to drive isn't a requirement for being a car enthusiasts. It only takes money. Some have a little and some have a lot.
haha He was given lessons... Worst. Student. Evar.
Man, talk about a tough crowd here. Really? Bring it down a notch. The video was entertaining and I enjoyed it. Never would have thought Jay Leno would be along side D.K. or even know who he was. I know he likes cars a lot, but didn't know he was into the culture that much.
money doesn't buy skills. watch him run the track on top gear. he was awful there too.
I was a little dissapointed at how Leno introduced Tsuckiya and the story behind how he earned his handle as the Drift King. From BMI we all learned it was from his motorsport days where he was so unrivaled that he began drifting every corner to give himself a handicap. now that's why he's known as the drift king.
but hey. the video was entertaining and was suppose to be light hearted, so I can overlook it and watch it on replay. :) |
Give Leno a break guys. :P He obviously didnt become rich from professional driving. Looks like they both had a blast
Looks like fun to me. Still, I doubt I could do a whole lot better, trying to take lessons from someone who doesnt speak the same language as I do while in a car that is totally backwards from what I'm used to (I cant tell you how many times I've seen Americans in Japan click the windshield wipers on when trying to make a turn, similar to how Leno did). I'll stick to my LHD FR-S for now i think.
Anyone else notice when Leno yelled "clutch kick!" but he lifted the hand brake? lol.
