Best Tint Shop in SoCal

Hey Socallers do you guys have a highly recommended shop for tints for your windows for the BRZ/FRS?

I have a WRB BRZ, anyone have their input on what level of tint as well?

I want a good shop, doesnt need to be well know, id rather go to a shop that one of you guys have already gone to and have had good experience with. I just dont want to get it done and then get it redone from a crappy job.

anything is appreciated THANKS!

I go to Kooltint in Alhambra. He's been doing my cars for years. He recently completed my clear bra but I haven't decided what tint % to go with on the BRZ as of yet.

There is a little hole in the wall place that I used for the past 15 or so year with good results. They've tinted 5 of my cars and 10-15 of my friend's cars. They are in Torrance so if that's an option for you let me know so I can get you the contact info. Price should be in the $200 range.

I go to Tint M Up in Stanton, CA. They have very good yelp reviews.

So i spoke with all of these vendors, the range is ~200 plus +/- 30 bucks for a tint on the windows. THANKS guys for your input, i really appreciateit. I think the price range is pretty standard.

But what i found out was from "Fresh" they have the basic tint and have done other cars for events like SEMA, but he mentioned that the BRZ and FRS have a slight green tinge to it, and most basic tints have no specific dye and may have the window still have a green tinge though a tint was applied. he has different products, that have a color added like a charcoal coloring. Do you guys think this is just to sell me a more expensive product?

Have you guys gone with just a basic tint or a more specialized film? I may be getting too deep into the details of tinting my window, but i want a clean job in the end which is all that really matters. let me know what you guys think of this information?

I also go to freshtinting (reseda). They are pretty much straight forward and does a clean job. I went with llumar ctx and air blue.

A terrific tint - Mission Viejo. Might be far away from you, but they garuntee their tint for life and they only use the high quality of llmar tint . I had my back window of my civic slightly bubble 5 years after and they redid the ENTIRE car no questions asked, free. FYI

i went with SDtint to redo my tint after my ticket. http://sdtint.com/window-tinting/
they did a great job and they have a nice shop that does performance stuff as well in the same building.

i got 5% and love it. dont seem to be a issue unless im driving spirited in front of a cop.

Haha good to hear of shops taking care of you guys. We'll see how long this tint lasts without a ticket :P. a chance I'm taking!
