The price of one Brembo Caliper.

What is the price of one Brembo Caliper? Any possibility of trying to buy the calipers separate from the rotors?

Uhhmm which Brembo caliper? There are quite a few. New or Used?

jamal 10-06-2012 12:37 AM

New from the dealer an STI front caliper is about $700. Used, it's whatever someone is selling it for. Check ebay and nasioc.

Said Brembo, not STI. ;)

I wonder what it says across an sti caliper. What else would this thread be about?

Wow, that's incredible. I bought my calipers new from the dealer for $440. Both of them. Perhaps Nissan just doesn't charge an exuberant amount of money for them. I paid full retail price.

$700 is a joke. Ha. For one!

Could be about the calipers included in the Brembo aftermarket kits, or one of the other Brembo calipers for a kit he wants to piece together.

With the lack of information from the OP we can't say which caliper he's referring to.

STI Brembos and actual Brembo BBKs have almost nothing to do with each other.

Correction late, but never.

Its been over a year since I made a post and should have been corrected a long time ago about buying one caliper. It's just the price of a new, Brembo 4-pot caliper without the kit. Yes, I know there are many options. I have searched the internet for a price on a Brembo 4-pot caliper and got nothing. Now I turn to the public for help especially to those who have bought Brembos. Why Brembo? There's some kind of "thing" (cult-like/praise/awesomeness/hard to describe...like owning a Subaru. I read story on a forum about Subu owners honking at other Subu owners) about them and I heard performance it excellent.

"Why not just buy the kit?" They're expensive. I'm after the Caliper which I believe give Brembo it's name though it may be the rotors.
"Why not just get the rotors then?" Probably the same reason as above. Expensive, but that's just how car parts are. I can handle it.
Anything else...,it's just a personal project taking a design inspiration from Maybach's I once saw at the Los Angeles Auto Show and recreating it from just a photo. This has nothing to do with using bigger brakes. Once I get the money, I'll complete the project. I'll probably post a picture because of an inability to give short explanations.

You are not finding results because there are 100's of models of Brembo calipers.

Brembo is known as brake component manufacturer.
