I was wondering If anyone's work from the dealer? Because I just seen one at the gas station and theirs worked when they reversed. Mine didn't light up. If I'm not mistaken I thought the us version doesn't have the rear fog lights

The red triangle is the fog light. The clear ones are your reverse. In EDM and JDM versions the triangle lights up with your front fog lights.

So I should call my dealer for the reverse lights not turning on?

Yes. If the white lights down near the exhaust are not lighting up when the car is in reverse, definately contact your dealership.

The only question I have are what are the bulb & bulb holder part numbers so I can wire this in to turn on as another brake light.

I used a t10 bulb and t10 socket, bought them at superbright LEDs.
Not sure if you need a led in there but it sure looks nice at night
