We are confident everyone will be extremely pleased with what we bring to the table.

Can't spill the beans just yet, but rest assured it is a very capable & well recognized solution that we all will be happy with.

Have sold and installed many of your systems on late model challengers, Camaros and Mustangs. Any plans to have a clutch style blower? Or is it always turning like most of your current compressors? Also can you tell us anything about the intercooler set up? Air to air or air to water?

Having a clutch on the blower defeats the whole purpose of having a blower...the best part is that it is always there when you want/need it!

The Vortech system will feature an air/air style charge cooler, which we feel is a good fit for the vehicle, the packaging, and the consumer.

This is going to be neat. I'm wondering how packaging will look like as I'm thinking of building a compound charged FRS.

The title is a little misleading since there is not much "information" in this thread.

Brian, what can you share with us today? Price point, timing, how much boost, expected gains etc...

Can't wait!! Supercharger for me all day.

The one aspect I like about my twin screw blower (on another car) is that is has a bypass valve built in so that when the engine is not under load the airflow is "bypassed" from the compressor. This way it's not always wanting to boost. I get excellent mpg this way for normal street driving.

I believe this is why someone is asking about the clutch. Any plans on such a device for the centrifugal?

Nearly all of the systems we offer across the board include a bypass valve, and the FR-S/BRZ Systems will be no exception.

I'm sure you'll find that anyone you speak to that has experience with Vortech products will tell you that our systems are designed with the highest quality, and provide the best fit and finish available. We have been manufacturing the most reliable and most efficient Superchargers and Supercharging Systems for over 20 years now, and have the track record to prove it.

You could probably get it for close to that price without any fuel system upgrades or tuning components. Expecting a complete forced induction system of any type for 3k is highly unrealistic unless you want ebay components.

Sounds good. I'm interested.

I agree with you fully... Power when you want and need it. This video is what I was inquiring about when I asked about an internal clutch design. You still have the benifit of instant power. I like the Vortech products just curious if this rotorex technology is flawed?

I've been invited to go 86Fest... but due to my work, I won't make it :(

Hope to hear about it soon... real soon
