WHERE THE F*** ARE SUPERCHARGERS

I know this has been asked a lot, but where the fuck are the superchargers that everyone has been talking about? Have I missed it? Is it already out?

I wont buy an 86 until theres a decent supercharger kit for it. After my Supra that I've recently bought (because of the rediculous wait), a standard 86 is going to be a gutless wonder.

I feel everything 86 related just has a massive delay :sigh:

By the way:
-no turbo

A) quit sooking/belly-aching

B) When there is news of a kit available, I am sure there will be plenty of info on this and other forums.

Bullet kit looks pretty good and they are close to pricing it up

This sounds like it's not the car for you.

You can buy the HKS..

The main reason there is nothing around is cause of 4 little letters SEMA.

its later this month, anything and everything gets released there. just hold onto your panties, also probably dont drink and forum post and things will happen.

The other issue is, The car is NEW with a NEW engine... OMFG. R&D time? whats that???

gee.. you bought a supra to tie you though to you get your 86, if you have one on order, i am guessing its going to be a year? ether that or you haven't ordered it yet?
if thats the case, why worry??

A 330 hp turbo 86 would beat any stock turbo jza80 .. 350 kgs makes a difference

ummm, You wont need that much, at the most 260 ~ 280hp at wheels for an 86 will blow the supra on track and drag strip.

Dude, I am also a man who is coming from Supras, and let me tell you, it's not as gutless as you think it is. The car's motor is excellent for doing what it was intended to do which is carve up tight twisties while singing above 5k RPM.

No matter what you do, you're not gonna get the neck breaking acceleration that you get from a Supra, and if that's one of your priorities, then you're likely looking at the wrong car. Plus, you say no turbo, which makes my statement even more true. Unless you're willing to pay a Supra's worth of cash in building your kit to HKS Supercharger specs, you're not gonna make much more power.

My $0.02.

PS: the aftermarket support for this car is the fastest I have EVER seen. Idk what you mean by delay...
