Whahaha Thanks for the laugh.

They didn't even have the BRZ as a possible selection for which car you purchased until I emailed them about it yesterday.

What were the most important factors that led you to purchase your BRZ?

- All-Wheel-Drive ... yeah right..
-Fuel economy? Who buys a sports car only for its fuel economy? And its not that good compared to the typical turbocharged rival.
-Model reputation? I would not say the car has that much reputation yet in most contries, it is too new...
-Previous Ownership experince??

Looks like this is some form of standard question sheet used earlier by Subaru.

I really hope there is decent options further down in the list:
-Handling
-RWD
-Light weight
-LSD
-Sport car feel
-Lower center of gravity
-Design
-NA

So did I, I'm sure we weren't the only ones.

They must have fixed it. I did it yesterday and didn't have the AWD question.

I filled it out yesterday and *did* have the AWD question. It was good for a laugh.

Question: "When did you first hear about your new BRZ?" or something similar...

Answer: "Other, when TOYOTA first showed the FT86 concept about 20 years ago."

Q: Did you consider any other cars?
A: Yes, the Scion FRS.

I just want a $500 amazon gift card. That would buy some nice gauges, a bluetooth OBD II dongle and a bunch of other cool stuff!

I bought mine because its light, small, handles, and a big plus is gas mileage. My last sports car.. Still have it... Gets like 12mpg... With gas prices at 4.55 i hate looking at the gas pump charging me 65+ for a full tank that runs out in 2 days of semi-economical driving.

fender9530 10-04-2012 03:25 PM

Now I know why the BRZ is more expensive ;)
