wow you can really see where the 86 got the basic shape from, especially the front end!

I think it shares some lines with the Corvette Stingray. But now that you mention it, I do see some E-type in there.

Well the person who designed the Stingray was Japanese... ;)

Great cars, got a ride in one (I politely refused to drive such a car on the other lane) in Japan. My good, late friend Yoshi purchased his in the 70's. Although it is my most favorite car for my fantasy stable, the cars roofline is woefully short for a big boy like myself, ;)
