Very excited about this. Would allow me to keep everything Invidia, well everything except the turbo manifold hehe

Did they make mention of an over pipe as well?

No mention of the over-pipe. Not sure if it will be included with the front pipe or not. We'll know next week though. :party0030:

HELL YES!!!

We have been running this for almost two weeks now. Put over 1000 miles on our car and still enjoy this exhaust. Such a nice piece for the money!

Catted and catless front pipes are out.

Okay so I bought this exhaust and I LOVE IT. The only issue I have is that it took us an hour to put in the silencers. And when we did, it made a rattling noise so we took it out.

Any tips? And any way to make it easier than an hour to put on? I know some may say "Just take out the silencers." But there are some circumstances where I DO want to have them on. =X.

They are a pain that is forsure. Once things heat up and expand they should not rattle anymore. I've only had ours in for a short period. I need to play with them more honestly. I'll toss them on today and leave them on for a couple days and see how they go.

Can you guys make a video for that please? We had to use a toothpick and even a magnet that wasn't strong enough for the screw lol!

Same here but i had no luck putting the silencer on. It just wont go deep enough to line up the holes to bolt it on.

A helpful vid would be really nice

I just installed my N1 and it drones pretty loud at 3000 rpms. Does it quiet down a tad after it's broken in and has a good carbon build up? As for the silencers, I'll have to give that a shot and see if they fit or not. I hope it's simple and easy as my GReddy Ti-C that I had on the Miata.

JimmyMac 10-21-2012 12:22 AM

I think I just lost what I just typed. Oppps Anyways...

It's a NO GO! The silencers do not fit! I think the rivets might be what's holding it back. I wonder if Invidia will offer a fix?

Either way, if you want something now, just hop on EBay and type in muffler silencer. That should bring up some options for you. The I.D. on the tip is just under 4". I got a cheap set coming and I'll see how that does. I'll need them on long trips.
