Sun shade / windshield cover for ice/frost/snow
 

I have an old (probably 12 years old) Brookstone sunshade that also goes on the outside of the windshield for ice/frost/snow. It has worked great - saved me lots of time in the mornings clearing my car to make it drivable. I tried it in the FR-S and it is too large - fit my old Contour SVT nicely - does anyone have a recommendation for a model to replace it with? The only things I see on Amazon have mixed reviews.

Lol, it's not that complicated. He (or she) put the sunshade on the outside of the windshield and instead of adhering to the windshield, the ice/frost/snow adheres to the sunshade, which is then simply lifted off the windshield and the offending agent shaken off.

I used to just use a flattened cardboard box... needless to say, it worked VERY well for $0.00...

Now I get the luxury of a heated garage for the BRZ... So no more of that. :)
