EP TX FRS'S :D
:party0030: so i just got my FRS on sat :) very happy about it..love it so far  i am ready to start ordering parts for it but i keep hearing that i have to be careful to not void warranty by adding parts but i mean if its not doing any bad to the car itself it shouldn't ruin the warranty right? Well anyways hopefully i met some new FRS members around town i live in the north east and it be cool to meet up some owners and hear everyone's ideas on the future plans for our cars

Many congrats to you. (Btw, I'm not in El Paso... But I still wanted to welcome you). :happy0180:
Warranty is a sensitive topic... But I think you should be okay if you're only doing minor modifications. I've had a hard time with a manufacturer in the recent past when they denied me warranty coverage on one of my cars which I purchased brand new / 6k miles with no modifications whatsoever (long story)... So it all depends on the situation. Again... I think you should be okay if you're careful, no worries. :) |

Will try to push my FR-S harder this weekend at the track so that I can really find out what this car's made of. |

I don't know your area too well... But I would search and ask folks around you to see which road courses are closest... Since you're right at the border, maybe there are some in the neighboring state? My closest one is about 1 hour away, so you're right, it's probably a bit easier for me, unless I'm heading to Houston MSR (5 hours away)... :) |
