Best way to dust car?
Curious what people use for lite dusting. My car is opti-coated, my wife's isn't. Is there something better/worse depending on that? Seems a lot of folks use the California Duster.

Depending on the amount of dust I usually just use a California duster lightly over the car. I finish up with a detailing spray and a microfiber towel.

Yeah bro, I use that California duster everyday and hit it up with some Quik detail spray like cnk said...works pretty good any you dont have to wash you're car as much.

Not noticing any micro abrasions? Swirl marks or anything?
|
I haven't. . but my car is also opti-coated. Did not have any issues on my WRX that I had prior to the BRZ although I always made sure there was a nice coat of wax on the car before using the duster.

California duster, assuming the car is still clean.

I have a Renault duster for my car. I am happy with the results and would suggest You buying the same one. The option of California duster is also good one as its the most widely used duster around.

I use a waterless wash with micro fiber towels to prevent swirls and keep it clean during the inbetweens of washing. http://www.adamspolishes.com/p-439-a...ollection.aspx
