TiTAN Performance- MY Experience
 

My experience with Chris (TiTAN Performance) started off with the Agency Power catback groupbuy. In the beginning, I was trying to recoup funds from another vendor to pay the $685. I asked if I could do a deposit--he accommodated for it.

Eventually I started communicating with him via AIM--anytime I had a question, he answered quickly and professionally. Through AIM, he updated me on the wait time with Agency Power and entertained any inquiries (HE REALLY DOES BEAT ANY PRICE YOU ASK).

After time went by, I had doubts about the Agency Power product due to a customer dyno post which yielded unexpected results. I hesitated on backing out on Chris, but asked anyway. He was completely understanding, replying "No need to be sorry either, it's your car!! haha ;)" (this was copied and pasted from the AIM chat window).

At this point, I wanted to change my order--preferably to a catback that I could get my hands on within a week so I could have an exhaust on the WGP dyno day (9/22). Chris said Perrin has been shipping out catbacks in 2 days time--I sent additional funds via paypal and he put in my order the next day (9/14). He talked to Perrin personally and updated me that it would be another 2 weeks wait!

Then... on 9/20 after a long days work, I was surprised like a child on Christmas morning with a large package... straight from Perrin!

Chris is an awesome vendor to deal with! Honestly my BEST experience I have ever had with ANY ONLINE transaction. Super professional, extremely well-mannered, and willing to deal! He will my business with all my future purchases for my FRS!

I agree. I've purchased a handful of items from Chris and he always takes care of me. All transactions have been super smooth and super easy. And boy is this guy fast with his replies! I swear to Jesus, sometimes dude responds before I'm even finished writing my damn question! With the competitive pricing, bomb a$$ customer service, and lightening fast responses, Titan Performance is def in the top ranks of vendors to deal with. <3 you Titan.

Great customer service, I must have asked a bunch of questions and all were answered in a professional manner.
Oredred the Takeda Intake and Perrin Pulley, very fast shipping.
Competitive prices, probably the cheapest prices out of all vendors!

Chris at XTR Performance is a good guy, I've got two things from him and both of them arrived on time and correctly as stated. They sometimes suffer a bit on the communication department, but it is because their insanely low prices keep them super busy. I would recommend them.

I too had a great experience purchasing from Chris, and I would not hesitate to do so again.
